Pieces, papers and dates in the app
The pieces, sizes, papers, finishes, press sheets, lead times, public holidays, guides and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and reveal nothing about you.

This website
The website has no account, no cookies, no analytics and no external scripts or fonts. The planner keeps your job in this browser (local storage) until you clear it. WhatsApp opens with the job sheet in its link, so in a browser WhatsApp’s wa.me page receives that text; Email opens your own email app with the job sheet written in. FARYON receives nothing until you press send there.

What this notice covers
The notice covers the app on your phone: the pieces, papers, finishes and public holidays it shows, the print jobs you keep, and the ways the app hands a job to you to send.

The print jobs you keep
For each print job the app stores its number, its pieces, the date you need it, how you want to receive it, your notes and when you created and changed it.

Pieces, sizes and quantities
For each piece the app stores the kind of piece, the size, the paper, the inks, the finishes, the quantity and, for numbered books, the kind of document, the first and last numbers, the sets per book and the copies.

Your design files stay with you
The app never receives, opens or sends your design files. It only keeps the ticks of the file checklist and whether you asked for design help.
When FARYON replies, send your files the way FARYON asks.

Needed-by dates and lead times
The app stores the date you need each job. It works out the usual lead time from the pieces, the finishes, weekends and Colombian public holidays, on your phone.

Business and contact details
So that FARYON can reply, a job can carry your business name, a contact name, a phone number, an email address and, if you want, your NIT. You type them yourself and only what you type is stored. The app does not ask for ID numbers, signatures or bank details.

Where your data is stored
Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.
Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup or to another phone.

No account, no cloud copy
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

What the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

No internet access
The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

Sending a job by WhatsApp
When you tap Send on WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with the job sheet written in a message to FARYON. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
WhatsApp's own terms apply to messages you send with it.

Sending a job by email
When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the job sheet written in and addressed to FARYON. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

Calling, copying and sharing
Call opens your phone app with FARYON's number filled in; the call is made only if you start it. Copy puts the job sheet on the clipboard, and Share opens the Android share sheet.
Each time you send, share or copy a job sheet, the app also stores the time and the channel, so it can show when the job was sent and whether it changed since.
A job sheet you send reaches FARYON through the channel you used. FARYON uses it to quote and print your job. Ask FARYON directly how long it keeps messages.

Copies and reorders
Duplicate and Reorder make a new job on your phone from an earlier one, with a new number. The earlier job stays as it was.

Your choices and rights under Colombian law
You can edit, duplicate or delete jobs at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone. Deleting a job does not cancel anything you already sent.
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013) you can ask FARYON S.A.S. to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). Send such requests to faryonsas@gmail.com.

Changes and contact
If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
