Is the job sheet an order?
No. It is a request for a quote. FARYON replies with the price, confirms the paper, the finishes and the date, and prints only after you agree.
Does the app send my design files?
No. The app keeps a file checklist so nothing is missed. When FARYON replies, send your files the way FARYON asks, or ask for design help in the piece.
Why does the run need more sheets than pieces divided by the layout?
A few sheets are spoilt while the press and the cutter are set up. The app adds a small percentage for that, which FARYON confirms.
Can I order invoice books?
No. Invoices in Colombia are electronic and their numbering belongs to the seller under DIAN rules. The numbered books are for delivery notes, cash receipts, service orders and kitchen orders.
Where do I collect my job?
Choose collection or delivery in Dosquebradas, Pereira or La Virginia. FARYON confirms where to collect, or the delivery day and cost.
What if I need it sooner?
Pick the date anyway. The app marks it as urgent when it is sooner than the usual lead time, and FARYON tells you whether it is possible.
